Room Reservations

Please make your reservations by Sunday, October 4, 2026 to receive our group rate. Reservations made after this date or when our room block is sold out will be subject to prevailing rates and availability. Reservations may also be made online or by calling 1-231-617-3300 and referring to your group name CMED.

Accommodations and Rates:

  • Deluxe – $239/night for single and double occupancy, $259/night for triple and $279/night for quadruple occumancy
  • The conference group room rate is in effect between October 29th and November 07th, 2026
  • The room rate is subject to applicable state, local taxes and any surcharges in effect at the time of check-in.
  • The hotel’s Destination Fee is discounted to $10 per night
  • Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is prior to 12:00 Noon.
  • The special room rate will be available until the midnight of October 4th, 2026 or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first.

Flight Bookings: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Hollywood Burbank International Airport (BUR) are the closest.
